Here is a novel concept for kids, eco sweatshirts and T-shirts, designed and hand made to order
Customisation is a big thing at the moment and this collection for children’s fashion from Alessandro Acerra for Hibu features graphic and fairly mad styles in sweatshirts and t-shirts for very young customers aged up to 12 years old for next winter.
The clothes are all basic sweats and T-shirts and the customisation is made from recycled materials from offcuts of the Milan runway collections or high end tailoring, young customers can choose their own theme and materials they like the feel of and the designer will custom make a unique piece for them, labelled, numbered and signed as a piece of art!
The service is available at the site www.hibu.it or by taking an appointment at the showroom in Milan. There is already a pretty extensive selection of bonkers styles for adults online priced at 49 Euros so it will be interesting to see how much the personal design service costs for kids.
